By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. **2. Services Provided** We offer process serving services in downtown Sacramento. Our responsibilities include delivering legal documents as per the applicable laws and regulations. We use licensed California private investigators and California licensed process servers and may utilize third-party members to complete the work. **3. Service Lead Time** - **Routine Service:** The minimum lead time for routine service is 48 hours. - **Rush Service:** For urgent requests, we offer rush service, which can be completed within two hours or any service that needs to be served within 24 hours. However, service is not guaranteed. **4. Client Responsibilities** Clients must provide accurate information regarding the documents to be served and the parties involved. Failure to provide such information may result in delays or unsuccessful service attempts. If we are attempting to make contact with the client, law firm, or otherwise to obtain correct or updated information to proceed with the case, and no response is received within 48 hours, your case will be considered canceled. **5. Fees and Payment** - Service fees are outlined in our pricing schedule. - Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. - We accept all forms of payment, including non-electronic forms such as checks or cash. Electronic forms of payment include Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Cash App. - If you submit payment using a debit or credit card, a fee of 3% or more will be added to your total. - Surveillance services are available at a rate of $150 per hour, with a minimum charge of four hours. - Once payment is submitted, work will commence. - A proof of service will be emailed or filed at an additional fee. - Refunds are not accepted once an order is submitted. **6. Order Submission** All orders are submitted via an email process. We are not responsible if your personal or business email is attacked by a third-party hacker. **7. Guarantee of Service** We guarantee that we will employ every legal tactic possible to serve the legal documents as requested. However, we are not liable if the outcome of your court case is not in your favor. **8. Limitation of Liability** Jesus Rios Courier LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jesus Rios Courier LLC from any claims arising from the use of our services. **9. Confidentiality** We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any personal or sensitive information without consent, except as required by law. **10.
